We do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach, so we do not, therefore, impose a standard methodology on our assignments. Every assignment is unique and we tailor our mix of services to fit each client’s needs. We focus on outcomes, taking a practical view of what can be achieved and how.

We work closely with the client’s staff as part of a joint team. Our role is to provide support and advice whilst ensuring that, importantly, the ownership remains firmly with the client. Our role is to:

• develop their skill in using the tools effectively.

This approach has proved its ability to embed knowledge in a practical way that ensures benefits are sustainable.

• identifying improvement opportunities, from an assessment of business process effectiveness and robustness using a structure diagnostic process;
• optimising business processes, especially the Order Fulfilment process;
• applying Lean processes, including the effective integration of ERP and Lean techniques;
• improving the planning and control of manufacturing, inventory and the supply-chain.
