Having served as the Managing Director for TAC UK from early 2000 to late 2002, I am pleased to provide reference qualifications for Mr Derek Small.

The principle motivation for my appointment to TAC UK Managing Director in early 2000 was to mitigate an unacceptable loss making performance throughout the UK based companies. The expected turnaround in performance required intensive scrutiny across all areas of the business structure and operations.
