His expertise can be seen whether he is designing a new ERP process, tackling a company’s accounting structure, or getting products from concept to customer.

Tony's specialist industry areas have include aerospace, highly configured engineering products, and challenging automotive supply chains.

Leadership, Culture and Change — Director

Derek brings to bear many years practical experience in the so-called “soft skills” (which are ofren harder to achieve) of culture and change management. His background has been marketing and sales, and these have provided an excellent backdrop to his current ways of working.

He is most at home working with groups of people and individuals to help them to reach their fullest potential. He is yet to find any limitation to how the tools and techniques he has learned can be applied to the benefit of the individual and the organisation.

Derek's experience has covered many sectors of industry, both manufacturing and service, as well as public service bodies, and also non-profit organisations.

Over the many years that we have been operating, both as consultants and in operational roles, we have had the pleasure of meeting many people who share our values. Some of those we have come to know well enough such that we can work with them effectively as consultants and educators.

As the need arises, we invite these individuals to join us on projects. In this way, they add to our work with clients by being an extra resource and adding specific skill.

Before including any of these individuals in a project we ensure that the client has the opportunity to meet them, to make sure that the personal chemistry is right.
