His background has been marketing and sales, and these have provided an excellent backdrop to his current ways of working. He is most at home working with groups of people and individuals to help them to reach their fullest potential. He is yet to find any limitation to how the tools and techniques he has learned can be applied to the benefit of the individual and the organisation. Derek's experience has covered many sectors of industry, both manufacturing and service, as well as public service bodies, and also non-profit organisations. |

His background is in Strategy Development and Change Management covering key commercial areas such as organisational design, performance management and measurement, and digitalisation. |
