MML offers clients a choice of standard courses, customised programmes and the design and delivery of entirely new courses. We have delivered courses to clients in the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
Designed and built around the concept of learning by doing all our courses provide a balanced mix, where delegates learn the theory and learn how to apply it. Computer based business models, case studies and practical simulations are used to build understanding, allowing us to transfer knowledge from the classroom, through the boardroom to the shop floor.

The Power of Understanding
Working in small teams, delegates discover how the different tools and techniques impact the performance of the business, as well as the principles of how they work and how to use them. This embeds knowledge and develops the confidence to use the techniques when they return to work.

Our course sizes are often small – 4 to 12 people. This allows the MML programmes to cater for both generalists and specialists, with courses designed to meet the specific needs of their audience. The small group sizes also mean that delegates get plenty of opportunity to raise questions, seek advice and ask for assistance to ensure they are fully confident with the course content and are able to maximise their learning and in turn maximising your return.
